Melissa Leigh – Thinkin’ ‘Bout Thinkin’ (Country)

Melissa Leigh is a Country Pop artist with a lotta rockin' soul in her veins and her voice. The new release, “Thinkin’ 'Bout Thinkin” shows the versatility in her style. It’s that rockin’ country girl song that makes you want to crank the music up with the windows down for that evening drive!

Melissa has been heavily active in the Nashville songwriting arena for the past couple years. She has written for several up and coming artists in country music and may be preforming these songs as well as some self penned releases of her own. She has collaborated with hit writers and is currently also working on pitches to sync. Her performances in Nashville include The Commodore Grill, Belcourt Taps, The Stillery, The Valentine, Puckett’s of Leipers Fork and the Maxwell Millennial House. The latest releases from Melissa, “Mama Says” and “Hello” are still charting at top stations in Australia.

Being an Eastern Kentucky native, Melissa was on Season 3 of Country Music Highway 23 performing some of her original songs. Her roots are deep from Bluegrass to country to Blues to Rock. Her inspiration comes from Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton to Stevie Nicks. Her music shows that crisp Southern Style. Melissa’s music was once critiqued by Lady Gaga’s founder, Mr. Bob Leone.
