Biography
Born in 1983 in Bronx, New York as Jamaal Jackson his family migrated down to Miami, Florida.  At the age of two years old his father died.  By the age of 13 his older brother got locked up for life. When he turned fifteen years old his mom died.  Kick 5000 had no immediate family and the state to take custody of his siblings and him.

"When I turned seventeen I use to make fun of a family friend being in a rap group. I use to recite my friends rhymes every time someone would ask me to rap. I use making fun of their verses, until one day they said to me why don’t you try it since you think it’s so easy. Then I began to write verses in my composition book, really influenced by lyricist such as CanibusJadakiss, Nas, Biggie and Jay-z. I concentrated on punch lines. I am known for always saying the catchy metaphors." – Kick 5000

He was in a group known as “The Goons” a local rap/ hip hop group out of Carol City Florida. It contained four members that was reduce to two members. The rap alias he goes by is “Kick 5000” which is a child hood nick name given to.

Carol City rapper Kick5000 sparks it up intensely on the hot new single, “Fuego”. When asked about the song, Kick had this to say.

“The song is me feeling like the hottest in the game. The beat is Scottie Pippen to my Michael Jordan approach with the uptempo melody and cadence I am rhyming in. I want the listener to expect wavering lyrics and synonyms attacking the beat with relentless metaphors that are relatable to everyday chilling. It’s about the climb and working hard to chart and set the billboards on fire. I wanted this track to be the new era of flavor since everybody got sauce I got the flavor and it’s FUEGO.”
