The title track to ALTERED FIVE BLUES BAND’s new album Ten Thousand Watts is a swagger-filled song that finds singer Jeff "JT" Taylor strutting his stuff and testifying his powerful passion as a 21st Century Hoochie Coochie Man.

Altered Five Blues Band’s new album Ten Thousand Watts arrives on the heels of back-to-back award-winning records. Cryin’ Mercy won Best Self-Released Album at the International Blues Challenge in 2015 and Charmed & Dangerous scored Song of the Year at both the Independent Music Awards and Wisconsin Music Awards in 2018. Both albums reached the Top 5 in the iTunes blues store and hit #1 on the Roots Music Report Blues album chart.

The Milwaukee-based quintet “will be making huge waves,” according to American Blues Scene. Recorded over four days in Nashville and produced by three-time Grammy winner Tom Hambridge (Buddy Guy, Susan Tedeschi), the 12 tracks on Ten Thousand Watts stir up a thunderstorm of original, roots-rockin’ music.
