Keyboardist David Garfield is joined by George Benson and David Sanborn on the new single "Stay" featuring the Rufus hit’s co-writer, Moon Calhoun, on lead vocals.

The follow up to the Billboard Top 10 hit versions of "Go Home" and "Jamming," Garfield and an
all-star collective present the first recording of "Stay" sung by Moon Calhoun, who originally wrote this song with Chaka Khan for the group Rufus. Grammy®-winning legends George Benson and
David Sanborn shine as guest soloists and are backed by a sizzling horn section powered by
Eric Marienthal and the "Funky Doctor" Doc Kupka (Tower of Power). Guitarists Paul Jackson Jr. and Tony Maiden (an original member of Rufus) bolster the luminous rhythm section for the track that was produced and arranged by Garfield , who leads the band on keyboards.

"Stay" is the third in a series of single tracks that Garfield is releasing from his upcoming all-star
studio project, "Jammin’ Outside The Box," an expansive work on which he collaborates with an army of Grammy winners, superstars and prominent musicians including Smokey Robinson,
Michael McDonald, Ray Parker Jr., Oleta Adams, Marcus Miller, Rick Braun, Bill Champlin,
Lamont Dozier Jr., Kenya Hathaway, John Klemmer and many more.
